1715 Turnberry Ln

This is a beautiful home that I shot this week in Riner, VA for Debbie Chase.  It’s on a corner lot at the end of the Auburn Hills Golf community.  This was my first trip to this neighborhood which is really nice with some great views.  The old guys playing golf even waved on my way out.  =)

Little Farmer Boy

Zakary didn’t do any work on this farmer’s field but he sure did run and roll around in the grass a lot.  =)

Sand Dune Baby

This is a photo from our family vacation to Bethany Beach this past July.  This year was a lot more exciting since Zakary is mobile, although he still did a lot of crawling around in the sand as you can see!

Movie Star

So, a lot’s changed since my last post.  New camera (Nikon D300s), new lens (18-200 mm VR), and new software (CS5 and Lightroom 3.0).  Not only that, I’ve completely changed my workflow (for the better) which I’m really excited about but still wrapping my head around (thanks Trey Ratcliff)!

Life in general has been rather busy the past few months as well.  Big projects at my day job (network admin), busy season for real estate shoots, and we’ve taken a few trips including Bethany Beach, Atlanta, and The Smokies!  Needless to say, I have tons of photos that I’m really looking forward to processing and sharing, which (besides the real estate stuff which has deadlines)I haven’t been keeping up with.  Hopefully I can change that and you will see a lot more frequent posts.  =)

That said, here’s a photo of my favorite subject doing his Quentin Tarantino movie star impersonation.  This shot screams MOVIE POSTER to me.  Let me know what you think!

A proper monkey boy would never be found without his trusty red monkey sweat shirt!
